Annette
Chief Executive Officer
With over 40 years of experience in education, I have dedicated my life to empowering others through knowledge, care, and support. As a qualified teacher with a background in psychology, I spent decades specialising in working with children living with disabilities and special needs, tailoring individualised strategies to help them thrive. My calm and quiet approach, combined with meticulous attention to detail, has allowed me to build safe, nurturing environments where both emotional well-being and academic success were priorities.
Today, I bring this wealth of experience to my role as the CEO of MAZE CARE. While my primary focus is now on leadership, the values and skills I cultivated throughout my career remain central to everything I do. I guide my team with empathy, precision, and a commitment to excellence, ensuring that every participant receives the care and support they need to achieve their goals.
In leading MAZE CARE, I draw on my deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by individuals living with disabilities. My experience in inclusive education and psychology informs the development of person-centered approaches that uphold dignity and foster independence. I am proud to lead a service that not only provides essential care but also empowers participants to navigate life with confidence and clarity.
I remain steadfast in my belief that true leadership is about serving others—whether it’s students in a classroom or NDIS participants and their families—ensuring they have the tools, resources, and support to live meaningful and fulfilling lives.
Leading with experience, compassion, and a vision for empowering lives.

I am known for my kindness and empathy, with a keen sense of understanding given my background and experience. I work effectively with people from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds and am renowned for my ability to build trust and rapport with participants and stakeholders.
My commitment to excellence drives me to deliver exceptional results, ensuring that every individual I support receives the highest quality of care and service. I am passionate about making a positive impact and empowering NDIS participants to achieve their goals and live fulfilling lives.
